What a weird time to plan a wedding! We understand there will probably be a lot of concerns about traveling for a wedding with the current world we live in, so we are here to address those concerns. We hope that this is a wonderful experience, but also completely understand if you are not comfortable with attending at this time. We still love you!
As far as airfare, all airlines will provide some sort of solution of a refund or credit if COVID decides to rear its ugly head and creates traveling restrictions. With that being said, please review your airline of choice's policy to find out what they offer in case of a cancellation.
If there are travel/group restrictions 30 days before the wedding, we are going to make the hard decision to either postpone the event or reduce the number of guests. We ask that you understand this difficult predicament, and at the end of the day our loved ones' safety is the most important thing.
As far as the venue, all ceremonial and dinner festivities will take place outside. We know that when the drinks start flowing and dancing happens, it's pretty hard to social distance. We ask that you try your best to be mindful of our guests and keep your distance as much as possible.
We will be taking temperature checks at the door, and ask that every person attending either get a covid test 48 hours before arrival or wear a mask during the ceremony and dancing. We will be enforcing this to the best of our ability, but we ask that you please follow these rules to keep everyone we love safe. We will also be hosting this event virtually, if you would like to watch the ceremony from the safety of your own home rather than in-person.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Alexis or Ryan.
